Meet Lynne, our beloved Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Coach!

Lynne’s transformative journey began over a decade ago in Vancouver, Canada, where she flourished as a health coach and culinary educator. There, she passionately coached clients and taught Holistic Culinary Skills & Permaculture at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Her zeal for health and nutrition also led her to establish a successful meal prep company.

In 2018, Lynne faced a personal health challenge—an autoimmune condition and chronic fatigue. This diagnosis came just as she was preparing to move to Europe with her family. During this pivotal time, Lynne turned to yoga and spirituality and immersed herself deeply into the world of permaculture.

This profound exploration not only helped her manage her health but also dramatically altered her perspective on life and wellness.

Realizing that her formal education was just the beginning, Lynne asked herself a critical question: “If I align myself more closely with my intrinsic self and embrace my true nature, could I embark on a journey of healing?” The answer was a resounding “YES!” This revelation reshaped her life and coaching approach, focusing on holistic practices and personal alignment.

Today, Lynne is dedicated to guiding individuals towards better health by promoting balanced and intentional steps in self-care, nutrition, stress management, sleep, and movement. Her driving force is to inspire positive change. As a seasoned mentor, Lynne specializes in Holistic Wellness & Nutrition, Yoga, and Permaculture. Since 2013, she has co-founded the Health Coach Collaborative & Upside Strength with Sean, furthering her mission for a healthier world.
